Can you limit a user's access to data inside Redactable?

Modified on Thu, Aug 15 at 4:13 PM

Yes, we have user permissions so you can set who is allowed to redact and who can only view documents. There are two permission levels currently in Redactable.

  1. Admin - You must have at least one Admin account. If there is only one user in the account, it has this permission level. Admins can do everything including upgrade your plan, redact documents, download documents, and more.
  2. Standard - A Standard user cannot redact documents but can only view them.

An Admin can assign Projects to users in your account. When you assign a user ("collaborator") to a project, you can decide what permission level they have. You can add users in the Team Member section.
