Invite Reviewers Feature

Modified on Mon, Feb 17 at 3:19 PM

Invite Reviewers is a collaboration feature that allows you to securely add external reviewers to your projects. Reviewers can provide feedback and comments on documents without needing full-user licenses, making the review process efficient and cost-effective.

Why it matters

The Invite Reviewers feature improves document review processes by enabling secure, role-specific access for external reviewers. With this feature you can:

  • Add Unlimited Reviewers: Invite as many reviewers as needed without impacting your subscription seat count.
  • Control Access: Assign project-specific access to reviewers, limiting their permissions to view and comment.
  • Reduce Cost: Eliminate the need for full-user licenses for review-only collaborators.
  • Improve Workflow: Simplify document reviews through centralized feedback and secure access.
  • Enhance Collaboration: Enable reviewers to provide focused comments on documents without risking unauthorized changes.
