Yes, Redactable can recognize and redact sensitive information in various fonts.
Redactable fully supports English. However, our system can typically read some other languages. It just doesn't understand other languages. You might be limited to using the manual redaction tool and the draw tool as our Categories feature may not fully support other languages.
