Draw Redactions

The “Draw Redaction” feature allows you to manually select areas in your document that you want to hide or “redact”. By clicking and dragging, you can draw a box over any section of the document. This is useful for redacting entire paragraphs, redacting images, redacting charts, redacting tables, and more.

1. Accessing the Draw Redaction feature

a. To access the feature, click on the "Draw Redaction" button or box icon on the left navigation in the redaction tool.

2. Using the Draw Redaction feature

a. Select the region you want to redact.

b. By clicking on the created redact box, it is possible to change the size, drag to another place or delete the box by pressing the backspace button on the keyboard or clicking on “Delete Redaction”.

c. Use the drop down to select a reason for redacting.
