If your documents include images or faces that need redaction, doing it manually is tedious, error-prone, and nearly impossible to scale. Most redaction tools can’t automatically detect faces across multiple files — and that can be a problem if it’s a core part of your workflow.
Redactable’s Face Detection category solves this by using AI to automatically detect and redact faces in scanned documents and image-heavy PDFs, eliminating tedious manual work. And by using Redactable’s Category Templates feature, you can even make face detection part of your redaction workflow by saving it into a reusable template.
Why it matters
The Face Detection category is designed to make redacting multi-page, image-based documents easier by:
- Eliminating repetitive work: Face elements are automatically detected and grouped, so you don’t have to manually locate or draw boxes on each page.
- Customizing templates: Add Face Detection to your Category Templates to make it part of your default redaction workflow.
