Can I undo the redactions that I have made using Redactable?

Modified on Mon, Dec 15 at 12:09 PM

Yes, Redactable includes an "Undo" feature that allows users to undo their most recent redaction actions. You can also quickly undo or redo changes while redacting by using the following keyboard shortcuts:

  • Ctrl + Z to undo a redaction

  • Ctrl + Y to redo a redaction

And any document that has been uploaded to Redactable can be changed in terms of removing your prior redactions or adding new ones. Even if you have pushed the "Finalize Redactions" button before and downloaded that file, you can make additional changes, push the "Finalize Redactions" button again and download an updated file with your changes.

You can also download any prior version of your finalized documents in the "History" section. You can restore prior versions, too, if you like.
