How long does a session stay active before timing out?

A session in the platform remains active for 180 minutes (3 hours) of inactivity.

If there is no activity such as clicking, uploading, or interacting with a document for 180 minutes, the session will automatically time out for security and performance reasons. When this happens, you may be logged out or prompted to sign in again when you return.
