Do you know what kind of documents people are redacting?

Modified on Tue, Aug 27 at 12:15 PM

Only a small number of Redactable employees have access to documents uploaded to Redactable. And access to that data is limited to troubleshooting any technical issues we might be experiencing and product research. In order to improve the product for everyone, we will look at documents on a very limited basis. Whenever possible, we view the redacted files and not the originals. We do all of this while maintaining our security certifications.

A larger number of Redactable employees can see how many pages each document is, the size in megabytes and how many redaction lines the customer ends up making on a redacted document. As well as the session data, which tells us how long it took to finalize the document.
