Redactable offers flexible pricing options that let you start redacting documents for free and pay only when your usage requires it. You can choose between free usage, a Pay-As-You-Go option for occasional redactions, or a paid subscription for ongoing, high-volume work—without committing upfront.

This approach is designed for individuals and teams who want clear pricing, predictable costs, and the ability to scale usage as needed:
- Clear starting point: Pricing starts at $29 per month per user, with the ability to add additional users as needed.
- Built-in savings: Annual billing costs $278 per year per user, automatically applying a 20% discount compared to monthly billing.
- Flexible commitment: Use free documents, Pay-As-You-Go, or subscriptions without being locked into long-term contracts.
- Usage-based control: Pay only when you finalize documents or upgrade when your redaction volume increases.
Free Usage:
All users receive three free documents for redaction. These documents can be redacted without submitting payment information.
Pay-As-You-Go Option ($7.50/document):
The Pay-As-You-Go option is intended for occasional document redaction. After the three free documents are used, additional documents can be redacted for $7.50 each.
How to Use the Pay-As-You-Go Option:
Upload Your Files:
1. Click the "+ Upload Files" button and select the file(s) you want to upload.
2. Choose the Project folder where you want to upload your file(s).
3. You can upload files using drag & drop, your device, or supported third-party services.
Redact Your File:
4. Once your file is uploaded, click the file name to open the redaction tool.
5. Use the Redaction Wizard to manually redact content, search text, apply categories, or use the Auto option to scan your document for confidential terms.
Finalize & Download:
6. Click "Finalize Redaction" on the top right corner when you are finished redacting your document.
7. In the confirmation box, select "Purchase Document" under 'Pay-As-You-Go'.
8. Enter your credit card details to complete the purchase and download the redacted file.
