Redaction Log Feature

View and download all versions of all finalized documents and certificates across all projects.




1. The "Redaction Log" is a good place to view and access all of your finalized documents.  


a. You can easily view the date/time a document version was finalized, the document name, project name, owner, and version.


b. In this location, it is possible to view a history of the redactions that have been completed, identifying when they were finished and who carried out the completion.



c. In addition, it offers the option to navigate to the related project, access the specific document, or download the respective certificate.



2. Search and filter the Redaction Log


a. To find a document, use the search controls to filter the list down to specific dates, search by the document, project, owner, or version.
