How can I make a purchase?

Our platform is designed to be self-service, making it easy for you to purchase a plan directly within the Redactable application. Follow these steps to complete your purchase:


1. Access the Subscription Tab:

  • Once you're ready to purchase, click on the "Subscription Tabin the Redactable application.
  • Here, you will see a variety of plans available, including Occasional Use Plans, For Companies Plans, and For Large Redactions Plans.



2. Choose Your Plan:

  • Use the monthly/annual toggle to switch between monthly and annual payment options. Annual plans automatically save you 20%.
  • Select the plan that best fits your needs by clicking on the "Upgrade Planbutton.



3. Set Up Plan Details:

  • You will be navigated to the Plan Details tab, where you can choose your billing cycle (monthly or annual) and specify the number of seats you need.
  • Additional users can be added at $29 per month per seat.
  • Once you have selected your preferences, click the "Nextbutton.



4. Enter Company Information:

  • On the Company Name tab, input your company name and click "Nextto proceed.



5. Complete Payment:

  • Finally, you'll be taken to the Payment tab. Enter your payment information and click 'Confirm Paymentto complete your purchase and activate your selected plan.




After following these steps, your plan will be active, and you'll have full access to the features and benefits of your selected Redactable subscription.

Pay-As-You-Go Option ($5/document):

For those who only need to redact documents occasionally, the Pay-As-You-Go option is perfect. After using your three free documents, you can redact additional documents for just $5.00 each.


How to Use the Pay-As-You-Go Option:


  1. Upload Your Files: 
    • Click the "+ Upload Files" button and select the file(s) you want to upload.
    • Choose the Project folder where you want to upload your file(s).
    • You can either drag & drop files or upload them from your device or third-party services.

  2. Redact Your File: 
    • Once your file is uploaded, click on its file name to enter the redaction tool.
    • Use the Redaction Wizard to help you redact your file.
    • You can manually redact, search text, patterns, or choose the Auto option, which auto-scans your document for confidential terms.

  3. Finalize & Download: 
    • Click "Finalize Redaction" on the top right corner when you are finished redacting your document.
    • In the box that pops up, select "Purchase Document" under "Pay-As-You-Go".
    • You will be prompted to submit your credit card information to complete the purchase.
