Reset your password

If you've forgotten your password or are unable to access your account, you can reset your password from the login screen. Click the "Forgot Password" button to enter your email address and we will send you instructions to reset your password. You can only use this method if you log in to Redactable using an email address and unique password. 

RESET PASSWORD

If you log in to Redactable using Google SSO, your email address and password is Managed by Google. You will need to change your password in your Google account: Change or reset your password by Google Support.

Forgot password

1. Head to Redactable.com.

2. Select "Log in" from the navigation menu.

3. Click "Forgot password?" from the modal.

4. Enter the Email for your account and click "Continue". If there is an account registered under that email address, Redactable will send a password reset email to your address.

5. Open the password reset email and click "Change Password".

6. Enter your new password in the "New Password" field and then "Confirm Password".

7. Click "Submit" to update your password.

Note: If you are already logged in to your Redactable account and know your current password, you can update your password from your profile settings.
